Agreement and scope
These terms govern use of the Home Improvement and Design website. By using the site, you agree to follow them. The site is intended for adults and for lawful use. These website terms do not replace a written proposal, construction contract, product warranty, or other agreement for work at your property.
Information and estimates
Service descriptions, articles, project images, and other website content are general information. Actual materials, scope, availability, timing, and price depend on the property and a written agreement. Sending an online estimate request starts a conversation; it does not create a construction contract or guarantee that we will accept or schedule a project. We may correct mistakes or update information on the site.
Ownership and permitted use
The website design, text, photographs, graphics, logos, and other content belong to Home Improvement and Design or their respective rights holders. You may view and print portions for your personal, noncommercial use. Republishing, selling, or using site content or marks for a business purpose requires permission from the rights holder.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, impersonate someone, submit false or harmful material, interfere with security or availability, scrape content at scale, or collect information about others without authorization. We may restrict access or remove material when necessary to protect the site and its users.
Information and photos you send
When you submit an inquiry or project photos, you confirm that you have permission to share them. You allow us to use what you submit to review and respond to your request. Submitting a photo does not give us permission to publish it as a project example. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Reviews and outside links
If the site displays reviews, social content, or links to third-party websites, those materials may be subject to the other provider’s terms and practices. A link does not mean that we control or endorse the outside site. We may remove or correct content displayed on our site when appropriate.
